At Handmade Sage, each piece is carefully handcrafted, making every item unique. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • change of mind
  • incorrect selection
  • normal variations in color, pattern, or size that are inherent to handmade items

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • your order number
  • a brief description of the issue
  • clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on availability.
